General Policy

All sales are final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue refunds at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• •Subscription fees after services have been rendered
• •Partially used subscriptions (no pro-rated refunds)

Subscription Refunds

Subscription refunds may be considered only if:

• •You have used less than 10% of your monthly credits
• •There is a technical issue preventing service use

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, subscription cancellations, or remaining time in billing cycle.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

• •Immediate account termination
• •Loss of access to all content and credits
• •Potential legal action to recover fees

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime through:

Cancellation Terms

• •Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• •You retain full access until your subscription expires
• •Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation
• •No refunds are issued when you cancel
• •You can reactivate your subscription anytime

What Happens After Cancellation

• •Your subscription will not renew
• •Access continues until the end of your paid period
• •Generated content remains accessible for 30 days
• •After 30 days, you can reactivate to restore access

Pausing Subscriptions

We do not offer subscription pausing. To stop billing, you must cancel.
